To apply for University YMCA -  HKUST membership:

2. Submit the completed membership form (Download Here) to our Student Advisor’s Office as below:  

    Address: Rm 4334, Academic Bldg, HKUST Connect, Dean of Students’ Office, HKUST

    Office hour: 08:45 - 12:45 and 14:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday, except public holiday)   OR

3. Email the completed membership form (Download Here) to [email protected].  Payment method will be emailed to you upon submission.
